Export and Manipulate User Data

You can filter user data according to specific criteria, export to an external file, perform modifications and then re-import preserving the user template configuration. For example, you can export a list of users for a specific site with assigned templates. Once exported, you can assign numbers to the users and then re-import the file. The following includes example filters:

Export only users who have not yet been configured with telephone numbers.

■

Export users who have been assigned with specific templates or to specific sites.

■

Export users with specific Online Voice Routing Policy or Online PSTN Gateway.

■

Export only users with Enterprise Voice Enabled.

You can then apply the file to the template using the Import File Bulk Upload feature ,see (Upload M365 Users from File and Attach to Template
